Men had niet op ons gerekend en was totaal niet op de hoogte van de reservering, terwijl er maanden geleden al was geboekt en betaald. De staat van onderhoud was ronduit slecht. "The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. "Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. Three nights passed by very fast. Will again visit this property. "
