I am sorry that your niece found that her accommodation was not up the standard expected. We usually check if guest prefer upstairs or down stairs and if they require different bedding options... The Pool is kept covered when not in use to stop leaves falling in and to stop evaporation. Most guests just roll the cover back when required but we would have definately rolled it back for her if she had asked/requested. Tea/coffee facilities - Milk and coffee mugs are in all room and the cold breakfast pack is available on request. I am not sure just what you mean about the bed not being made up properly? We triple-sheet all bed at the Motel Farrington and do not use bedspreads any more. A doona & blanket on all beds and spare blankets in the cupboard... As I said I am sorry that we were not up to your expectations but I am sure if reception was asked, we would have been able to make these things happen...

I am sorry that your stay in Tumut was not up to expectations. Unfortunately, we only have on site parking for 1 car per room and sometimes guests have 2 separate vehicles (or longer vehicles) Regretfully parking is necessary for later guest outside our normal car park.

I am sorre that your visit was not up to your expectations. All airconditioning is normally working at the Motel. Did you advise staff to check battery on remote? Internet is available in all rooms/area of the Motel. The Tumut Valley region sometimes have WIFI drop outs.. Perhaps on the day of your stay, there were local problems. Did you ask at reception?
