"Absolutely beautiful place! We paid for the shuttle service to/from the airport, and did not have our own transportation. This place is set away from Tulum in a forested area. It is within walking distance of an old Tulum and a 7-Eleven, just bring plenty of water due to heat & humidity. It is not within walking distance to the beach. The place is still under construction, so taking a nap during the day was difficult! The staff is very kind and has bilingual people available. The on site...

"Really nice room and beautiful hotel overall. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Hotel is very accomodating and even made me breakfast sandwich to go due to an early start time. The hotel is located in the national park which can be good to know. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, scooter or bike to move around with more ease and will also give you more options for eating out. Highly recommend! "
