We loved this hotel!! Literally everything you need in one place. Hotel, restaurants, casino, pool and hot tub! And unlike most properties with food on site their prices were awesome!! My husband and I ate dinner for $34

Overall a good experience. The staff they do have is friendly but huge line to get checked in that caused some ruffled feathers. Also, went to restroom in southwest corner of casino floor & it was dirty & damaged. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Two other excellent casino options in area that are very tough competition, would like to see Osage step it up.

On holiday weekends you should staff more so people arent waiting 30 or more minutes to check in, extra blankets should be in the room, and the front desk person should have to the attidude of it being their pleasure to serve the customer.

Property inside was clean and rooms quiet, unfortunately was charged for my room that I had already paid expedia and still awaiting refund. Overall property was nice but could really use some cleaning outside

This was one of the best casino experiences we have ever had. The rooms were great, the staff was above the most excellent we have ever interacted with. The food! Affordable and just amazing! Drinks were good prices and best Bloody Mary I had in a long time. We flew in from Nashville and are looking at future flights already to come back. Absolutely amazing

Awesome place! My only thing was there was no fridge or microwave in the room which would've been nice to have and there wasn't a TV remote but I could still use the buttons on the TV

They had a complimentary van to take us from the hotel to the concert at the BOK Center. That was very nice and really liked the driver Nolan. Liked the casino also

Attended an event at the fairgrounds and this hotel was in a good quiet location. Not in heavy populated area and easy to find.

Room was a suite. Very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities you could need. Fantastic shower in the enormous bathroom. Separate sitting room and bedroom each had large screen tv. Enjoyed stay and would recommend.

The ac was having trouble had to have maintenance several times come try to fix the ac. Plus had to have security called for the noise and fighting going on in the room by us was just an awful experience at the hotel

The check in process was long we asked for a room close to an elevator as my mother cannot walk far. We got to our floor and we were the furthest room from the elevator. My room had dirty sheets, curtains has food or something on it, our bathroom door didn’t shut. I thought we were close to down town but we’re really secluded. The whole place looked sketchy.

There should be a separate entrance for the hotel. There was so much smoke in the casino that it was drifting into the hotel.

Not going back again, front desk staff was kinda rude ( outside of this one old lady I met when we were checking out), no fridge or microwave in the room, the elevators didn’t work well, our keys didn’t work the 2nd day we had to reprogram them, and the room service didn’t clean our room even ONCE we stayed there for 2 nights. I’ll give it 2 stars overall!
