"Great location and staff were great.
Didn't like being directed to a self check in kiosk when I was the only person there and 2 staff members were at reception. I am sure if there were a lot of people waiting it would be good, but felt cold.
Also being woken at 7.30am by housekeeping staff entering my room without knocking and turning on the lights was mildly distressing.
Even with these negatives the overall experience was good and I would stay again."

"2 shower heads, couldn’t get the lower one on a flexible hose to work, could only have it bucketing down from overhead.
Plus no tea towel to actually was cups and drinking glasses properly.
Room awfully bright for trying to sleep, grrrr"

"I arrived well before check in and was able to store my luggage and spend a couple of hours in the pool. I was content to then wait in the cafe until check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared my room so I could go in early.
My only disappointment was the lack of vegan options on the menu, and, as so often happens, it was pretty much chips or nothing. Fortunately, the chips were excellent"

"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel.
Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful.
Cons : I stayed at room 105
1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"This hotel was a great discovery and is now one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. We had a one-bedroom cabin and it was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was large with a double sink vanity & the shower had both a rain head & hand-held shower heads. We loved the little kitchenette and the absolute best part were the amazing views & gorgeous sunsets! We ate at the 'Cucina 3064' restaurant on site for breakfast & dinner--the coffee, food & service was top notch!...
