"The spa was marvelous. My husband and I spent nearly 2 hours moving from steam room, to pool, to sauna, to pool, to hot tub, to heated lounge chairs. Complementary robes and non-slip shoes. Absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Just what we both needed after a fast-paced week exploring Ireland. We also dined at their on-site Italian restaurant La Taverna Armento. "This is a great hotel in many ways- location, room size and decor, bathroom and it is quiet. There are no annoying little lights overhead for smoke alarms and the red tv light is hidden in the cabinet. Only 2 issues to make for an EXCELLENT review- there was no body/ hand lotion and the wifi was very very patchy. Otherwise, a great visit. "

"Location was amazing! It was first time in Dublin so it was difficult to gauge the location relative to the key attractions… it’s basically in the heart of everything! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived in the morning and they kept our bags while we had our first day of exploring. Our bags were in our room when we finally returned to check in. Very nice. All amenities in the room were in excellent condition and it looked like it was recently renovated and very well done....

"Internet was good. Breakfast is the basic and not worth paying extra. We tried the lunch and it was good. The manager was not friendly and watching her interact with staff I was able to see why the staff never smiled due to the way she was talking to them. A 4 night stay and ate breakfast once. The pub food was better and eaten there once. The staff were very friendly in the pub. Our Housekeeper was excellent and very helpful. Room was clean but outdated. The location was convenient to highways...

"It is a decent clean hotel, with some rooms having a magnificent sea view. Floor plan is a little bit like a labyrinth and needs some orientation skills to get to your room. Elevators pop up in different corners and take you to different locations. My room was comfortable, with good blackouts and fresh clean bathroom. Breakfast was decent even with a limited variety, restaurant staff was particularly helpful and amiable. Overall, I enjoyed my experience but would prefer if it cost a little less."
