"Staff are very helpful"

"Safe, clean and less crowded. They had breakfast for a fee. Staff are friendly and helped us move to another room since the room we had was smelly coming from the A/C like a dead mice just died smells; we were relocated to a diff room"

"Convenient"

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."

"I like the location"

"I like that they have a free shuttle and just near the airport."

"Next to a really busy road, our room was very noisy. Good location, SM mall is just next door! The swimming pool was temporarily closed."

"Perfect hotel and this is my third time with this hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices. Very helpful staff and security staff at the basement. The security staff is very helpful when I park my rented car. Front desk and dining staff are all helpful. They are proactive. Very clean hotel also. I like that they have door on the fifth floor to go to the mall and don’t need to go out from the hotel."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here because we had a 4am flight the next day. They have airport shuttle for a fee. Room was very clean."
