"Bathroom had some type of sewage leak. Could smell sewage at times."

"Everything was great"

"Very beautiful historic property and the rooms were recently renovated it appeared. Nicely decorated and very clean. Some minor maintenance issues noted like fire pit broken at Rincon pool, loose faucet in bathroom, some broken umbrellas etc. overall great stay and would recommend to others."

"The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson."

"Great quiet place to post up around Tucson, pet friendly, with good access to both city and wilderness trails. The property has a ton of space to relax outdoors, we enjoyed it."

If not, they won't. Here, I requested and even with the hefty charge, they didn't even bother to notify me if they could accommodate. I had to call and check. I didn't even know I was granted the late check out until it was on my bill when we checked out on time at 11. There was only...
