"Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs...

"This is our second stay here this year. We love the location close to the motorway. The family unit is great because there are beds and a toilet upstairs, and another bed with bathroom downstairs. So the kids feel like they have their own independent area. We did hear a bit of noise from the adjoining room this time, but overall it’s reasonably quiet."

They made sure all our needs were met but allowing us the privacy to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Te Karaka lodge surroundings. Our meals, prepared by the master chef, Franz were as good as we have experienced in any restaurant . Only the finest ingredients selected by him. "When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile from the lady at reception. She showed us where we could park and our room and asked if we required any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you - we will stay again."
