"I highly recommend the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections.
I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel."
"We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary...
"Good location for shopping and dining area. Famous brand stores, trendy restaurants, chic bar&cafe are nearby.
Room size is good. Clean and comfortable stay. Nice city view from the room. Impressive stay and may stay again.
However, kind a place for drink&dine plus brand name shopping but not really for touristy type. "
"5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

Richard was very friendly and always kept the space clean, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely return! The bathrooms were always clean and he provided us with shampoo and all that stuff. Just as he provided us with personal cleaning products."
