The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation.

Very nice and clean the hotel itself is beautiful !!! The staff was extremely helpful with all my travel questions and did their best with me even though my Japanese is horrible! So beautiful there’s so much nature surrounding the property.

Rooms were not clean. AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL and the rooms were soooo hot. Had lots to do in hotel but everything was mostly closed and you had to pay to use the saunas. There were lots of ants in and around the pool.
