"Sadly it is currently a building site. It is difficult to enjoy a place when all you can hear are noisy machines and workmen banging. My room wasn't ready when I arrived so I was made to move part way through my holiday. My terrace was overlooked by workmen on scaffolding so I couldn't relax outside. The room had poor sound proofing and every morning I was woken just before 7am to the noise of reception/cleaning staff arriving. "Erst war der Wind so stark, dass wir starken Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Dazu hatten wir leider bei starkem Regen und Wind Wasser in unserem Zimmer, welches unter der Eingangstüre eingetreten ist. Die Rezeptionistinnen, vorallem Eleni, waren sehr hilfsbereit."

Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. "I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. "
