Top class family hotel

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car. Great room with a lot of storage and proper beds. Also the treatments in the spa were good for both adults as teens. It is paradise for children (especially the pool with water slides) and that means happy parents as well. The only thing that we could not appreciate is that obviously guests find it normal to act ridiculous to get in the shuttletrain to the cable cars in the morning. They even did not pay attention to smaller children which almost felt on the floor! Furthermore we found it a bit weird that guests are walking in the restaurant with bathrobe and fitflops and children in pyjamas and even barefoot . From an hygienic point of view something we could not appreciate as well. But it is not the hotel or staff to blame but common sense of the guests

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war, dass sich auch unsere Tochter sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Die angebotenen Programme waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts, das wir auszusetzen hätten.

Wir waren das erste Mal zu Gast. Die Kombination aus einem familienfreundlichen Skigebiet (mit Kursangebot fürs Kind) und einem 5* Haus ist uns attraktiv erschienen. Wir wurden in keinem Aspekt enttäuscht. Dennoch gibt es einige wenige Verbesserungsvorschläge. Der für uns relevanteste wäre: es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich nach Checkout noch irgendwo (ausser am WC) umzukleiden, Haare zu trocknen etc. - wir haben das beim Checkout angesprochen und die Replik war, dass das offenbar nicht der "Customer Journey" der Hotelgäste entspricht. Dem müssen wir leider widersprechen und wir kennen das aus einer Vielzahl anderer 5* Sterne Häuser besser. Wir denken, das es sehr wohl einer Customer Journey entsprechen kann, wenn man nach Checkout noch den sonnigen Tag auf der Piste nutzt und sich dann noch vor Abreise umziehen möchte (ich rede hier NICHT von der Nutzung von Pool & Spa!); ein einziger Raum würde hier reichen; der zweite Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Möglichkeit eines ruhigeren Rückzugsbereichs für Erwachsene. Ich weiss, wir haben und bewusst für ein Kinderhotel entschieden und akzeptieren daher auch ein entsprechende Maß an Lärm. Nachdem aber zB unser Kind hauptsächlich selbständig die Spielmöglichkeiten erkunden wollte, wäre es schön, wenn man sich auch in einen ruhigeren öffentlichen Teil zurückziehen könnte. Abseits davon waren wir sehr von Hotel und Mitarbeitern positiv angetan und wir denken darüber nach, wiederzukommen

Das Hotel punktet mit einer sehr guten Lage, modernen Zimmern, gutem Essen und freundlichem Personal. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, allerdings erreicht das Gesamtpaket für mich kein echtes 5-Sterne-Niveau. Besonders zum Jahreswechsel sind die Preise übertrieben hoch. Die Kosten sind durch die Lage teilweise gerechtfertigt, mehr aber auch nicht. Für mich eher ein gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel als ein 5-Sterne-Haus. Negativ fällt die Trinkgeldpauschale auf. Diese wird weder beim Check-in noch beim Check-out klar kommuniziert. Ich möchte selbst entscheiden, ob und in welcher Höhe ich Trinkgeld gebe. Das sollte transparent und freiwillig bleiben.
