"I generally don’t leave poor reviews but our experience at this place was nothing short of horrid. First, we were offered a room that reeked of urine (pet friendly room). When I asked the staff to come to the room and inspect the smell he said it was the smell of the disinfectant that they use. It was not. It was a strong smell of urine. Then we were told that had we not brought a pet with us we would have been moved to a non-pet friendly room but otherwise they had only one other room...

"It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto ."

"Fine for 1 night. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit but was otherwise fine for a continental. FYI parking is underground 6’7 height allowance. Thankfully we were able to squish behind another large vehicle outside the hotel."

"We have stayed here before. It is very convenient for visiting family, and close to local amenities. The hotel was busy. This time we had a smaller room next to the elevator. It wasn’t noisy, but there were a couple furniture issues and we will not choose this room next time. The staff is friendly. There is a restaurant next door which the hotel provides a discount. We like the hotel and will stay again."

"Lovely stay, clean room, it had everything I needed. I would point out that for a night-time check-in, it took far too long. The front desk needs the ability to check-in customers quickly. The man at the front desk was very friendly and kind, but no one checking in at 1:00 AM wants a 30-minute check-in. I was exhausted from a late-arrival plane ride and just needed to get to my room to get some sleep. Management may need to rethink their new complicated system."

"We liked the spacious Lobby with the high ceiling. The breakfast served was generous with great coffee and quick servers. A great place to sit and being able to look out onto a nice and active street level. Not too busy either. The room was small and the bathroom was very small. I told the staff it required a new tub mat and it was recorded immediately. The room was clean. It served our purpose."
