We love the pelican and stay here every time we come to t or c! Getting to soak in the healing waters as part of your stay is the best. It was confusing to try to book on Expedia with a child (7 y/o) - they kept seeming to imply that the room would accommodate 3 people with only one queen bed and when I called to ask the staff he said they expect that to mean the child would sleep in the bed with us?! We knew the pelican has pull out sofa beds but apparently they don’t advertise that anymore - which also made it challenging to book - apparently some rooms have it and some don’t. We did book a room with a sofa bed but they didn’t supply sheets and we got in late so our kiddo had to just use a blanket the first night. They didn’t resupply the little coffee machine in the lobby our last morning. The staff seemed to be hit or miss, one person was very friendly, another one seemed to kind of care less and another kind of acted like we were inconveniencing him when we wanted to soak.
