"The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. "This is a very basic hotel. The main amenities are the pool and the private beach. However, we couldn’t go to the beach because it was the one beach in all Provincetown that had elevated bacteria. The main perk for us what the hotel is pet friendly."
