"The house was clean.Great layout .Good location. But the AC did not function well, no hair dryer and only 3 wash cloths."

"This is an excellent property. It is extremely comfortable and homey, well stocked with towels, linens, cooking supplies, bathing supplies, dishes, et cetera. It it around the corner from a cvs, a grocery store, a pizza place and a Starbucks (and is very close to a local coffee shop though I wouldn’t recommend walking). It is also very easy to park and get around the area from here. We also had no issue keeping it cool in the summer with numerous fans and windows. Could not have been better. "

"We loved our time here. My 4 year old said "I want to stay here for trillion days!" He loved the bunkhouse, den area and all the board games. Us adults, loved how spacious the place was and they had everything we needed for our long stay including a fully stocked kitchen. "Super convenient Northstar village location! Covered parking was a plus for us as we had 2 days of snow. Unit was clean and well stocked with portable AC, humidifier, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, seasoning, food storage bags etc. Mini-fridge and microwave were perfect for our needs. Avantstay support was easily reached by text and phone. "

"House was dirty, garage had been used as a dumpster and smelled horrible. None of the windows locked, closets had dirty linen hanging. Bed sheets had holes in them and bed was very hard itself. The house description says that one of the rooms has 2 king beds and none of the rooms have 2 beds aside from the queen bunk beds. False advertising of this property. The Only reason we stayed was because there was no availability anywhere else. Don’t waste your money and stay here your better off staying...
