"We arrived at the hotel at 21.11, the check in was until 10pm, there was nobody on reception, I spent an hour on the telephone, trying to get in touch with someone , another guest arrived with the same scenario, after walking around the hotel again and to be told by another guest that the lady on reception had left, After a 7 hr journey this was the last thing I wanted , the bar and restaurant were closed , no food available despite the booking saying the hotel did room service.

"Don’t book. They will not honor your booking at property. They will ask you to pay again and get a refund from Expedia. Whole experience was horrific and would never ever stay here again. Also the hotel services and staff are an absolute zero"
