"Beautiful on campus location made the visit very simple and enjoyable"

"Cl"

"Room was clean and front desk staff provided good customer service"

I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. "Terrible. Small and very unclean"

"Clean room, nice and quiet pond at the back of property."

"Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave"

"We greatly enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect relaxing getaway and location for us to explore the beautiful countryside and a convenient location to serve as our home add while we explored the area on our motorcycle. The hosts were helpful and accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway."

"This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend"
