"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water."

"Room was spacious and more than enough room for 5 of us with use of sofa bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful answering questions et. Huge windows with lovely view made the accommodation seem that much bigger. Breakfast from 6-10am good and outdoor terrace option to eat. We attended graduation at the amica and it was an easy walk (less than 10 min) plus super convenient to lots restaurants etc. very walkable location. Would stay again."

"Room is equal to a motel 6. Staff just due the basic. Breakfast is a joke with Costco pastries frozen and dried out. Parking non refundable valet at $45 per time. Hotel is located in the middle of the downtown slums with a homeless immigrant camp in front of it. This was the worse experience my family had ever suffered from. I would never even consider it at all if it was more honest about the realities of the local area. I would have been more comfortable at a budget inn and far less expensive...

"Great boutique hotel- lots of charm. Super location- it’s an older building so the elevator is tiny but fun! The room was large and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful- overall, great stay. "

" Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again."

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! We are frequent travelers to Providence to attend shows at the PPAC. This is our first time at this hotel, but it won’t be our last. We love the location, as well as the friendly, professional staff. The room was immaculate. The property was undergoing major renovations while we were there, but that was fine. We look forward to returning to the Hilton when it is fully renovated!"

"The hotel is extremely understaffed to the point of having to wait almost an hour to check in. There was a sign at the front desk saying someone would “return soon” which is not at all helpful since “soon” tells people nothing. Once the front desk clerk retuned she was very pleasant but the people waiting were not. She told me (because I asked) that she would be alone for her whole shift. The room itself was clean which was a pleasant surprise, but the trash cans at the two entrances were...

"Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again."

"1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!"
