"Stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to shopping district. Pool area was nice. Also could use the rooftop pool at the hotel next door. Shuttle service to cruise port ($10 pp) was very convenient and easy to book at front desk. "

"Overall decent property. The lobby is shared with a mall and directions to the front desk are a bit confusing. The upper floors are all condominiums so the amenities are shared with full time residents. The room was clean with nice balcony. We signed up for a shuttle to the port the next day and the person at the desk who signed us up could not give instructions on how to actually find or get on the shuttle. "
