"Just so you know, if you check in late (9pm for us). You can't go in the lobby. You can only talk to the front desk through a side window and one of those sliding drawers that they have at drive through banks. From there you'll see about 50 different images of their security cameras. I was incredibly uncomfortable. I did not feel safe but we already paid for the room.
In the room we could not get WiFi to work. Perhaps they needed to allow-list our devices to make it work. The room was stark and small with poor lighting. Unfortunately I found hairs on a towel and a small hair clog on the shower floor. Not the end of the world, but things just kept adding up. There was a lot of noise and at 4am someone was shouting profanities somewhere outside our room. I wasn't sure how to handle the remote (so I didn't)."
