"My friend and I booked the family room because it stated that there was a double bed and a queen bed. It turned out that the double was a pull out couch, which we weren’t expecting. It was also too hot from the heatwave and the AC didn’t reach the upstairs bed. Thankfully, the front desk was understanding and able to get us another room. The place is clean and quiet."

"The property was beautiful and secluded which made for a relaxing stay but the issue that brought the stay down was in hostility of the reception staff. Upon checking in, we were allocated a room with a patio that open straight onto the public walkway of the resort. We paid for a room with a balcony. "Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. "This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!"
