Cabin option we got had everything one needs for 3/4 nigjts stay. Generous sized rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It eas very good experience to stay at Triabunna Cabin and Caravan Park!

Just OK
The cabin we had was just adequate for 3 for a couple of nights. It was fairly old with double bed in living area and double bunks (adult could not sit up on bottom bunk), bathroom and separate toilet. Shower was small, esp for taller person. Kitchen was very old and had underbench two door fridge, so limited fridge space. Couch was next to bed in living area and only sat 2 people. There were three stools at the kitchen bench which was only seated eating area except for small table and two chairs outside on verandah. Verandah also had small BBQ. Kitchen equipment was basic and only enough of some things for 3. Park location is convenient for shops and ferry to Maria Island.

Sorry you were not happy with your accommodation. We are aware of some upgrades needed but we are new to the park and will be bringing them into this century as soon as possible.

The cabin suited us fine as we only used it to sleep in as we were out visiting each day till late . We would stay there again when in the area.

Comfortable & Convenient
Comfortable king size bed & well appointment kitchen & the place was generally tidy. Does need an overdue update but great value for the price we paid. Friendly owner whose new to the area, so just not up to speed on local knowledge. Easy stroll to the warf, pub, IGA & fish van for some seriously good fish n chips. Pub also apparently fantastic but not open during our stay.

Only complaint would be about the shower! So hard to get the right temperature, either too hot or too cold! Quite dangerous especially for kids or older folk.

Very convenient for before and after our trip to Maria Island. The weather was wetter and cooler than we expected, and they graciously loaned us towels to use for our night in Maria Island. Thank you!

We stayed at cabin no. 6 for 1 night as we did the Maria Island day trip, it was good for a 1 night stay, the bed was good and not hard, bathroom was clean! Was enough hot water for a quick shower for each of us (2). Campers were right outside the cabin but wasnt too bad when we slept as the bedroom part was on the other side so didn't hear them too much! Close walk to the Maria island cruise departure!

Fairly old cabin, but nice and cosy. Towels were soft and fluffy which was great. Bed was a bit on the hard side and the TV was tiny. Only the kitchen facilities wasn't good. The 1 out of 2 stove tops worked (one couldnt get enough heat to boil water), the other was okay but too forever to heat up. The BBQ has low gas pressure and was unable to get a good singe on anything, ie. also not hot enough.

Such a great place to stay. We will definitely stay again. The cabin we stayed in was clean, spacious and lovely. We were close to shops and the water. The staff are just beautiful. We arrived early end they let us know the cabin was ready and gave us the option to unpack early.

The advertising is somewhaat misleading. . Our accommodation was more a BnB style. i e. A room in old home with its own bathroom. The room was comfortabl and nice old feeling, but one of the old chairs very wonky.. The bathroom was nice but had no heating and window was propped open, which allowed cold air in (not good in winter. No cutlery at all, so used pen to stir tea. Office door locked when we arrived.. welcome was not the usual warm greeting. Showing of room was hasty, then she gone. Next morning, while i was thoroughly cleaning all, and my partner packing car, he was told someone was expected at 10, and were we leaving? I was told checkin only starts at 2pm? How can the next visitor be checking in at same time we check out? I went to the office to tell them room was thoroughly cleaned, all except bed linen and towels, and to tell them about dangerous chair and no teaspoon ... door locked again. Knocked and no answer. Sorry, but the welcome and leaving was impersonal, and this was the only stay out of 11 accommodations on this holiday that didn't feel welcoming or hospitable, or quite what i expected The room and and bed were comfortable, but the welcoming atmosphere was was missing..

The cabin was modern, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The heating had been turned on prior to our arrival which was really appreciated. Lovely to hear and see the birds in the morning.
