"Clean room"

"Hotel smells like Indian spices. Broken Amenities. In the breakfast menu Entrée are kept behind the shelf and there is a lady who remains hidden in the kitchen and comes out once in a while to ask if anyone needs anything. Bad tasting coffee. It still somehow manages to get good ratings on Expedia. But how? I would have never chosen this hotel if it matches to its actual rating which should be no more than 5. But somehow it has a rating of 7.8"

"This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past midnight. The room felt extraordinarily clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I could copy and paste this hotel and its staff to everywhere I will ever travel- no joke."

"Staff friendly. Basic hotel. Crack in ceiling in room and the chair in my room had very distressed leather. It did the job otherwise"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear talking in the room next to us and everything in the hallway - even footsteps. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet - $17 per person for some sausage, what tasted like boxed eggs and hard french toast is ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again, just have breakfast elsewhere. "
