"Perfect location! It’s a five minute walk to St Mark’s Square, Ponte Rialto and shops and restaurants. Our Junior Suite has beautiful decor, bathroom is huge and everything is very clean. There also is a Rosa Salva Pasticceria on the ground level. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. "

"Contattare la struttura giorni prima per esigenze è stato impossibile. La tv in camera non trasmetteva i canali nazionali. La pulizia dei cuscini lasciava a desiderare. Il resto della camera pulita e la strutture è comoda per spostarsi a Venezia"

"What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."
