"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as 4 adults and two children. Rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony. We booked to be in next door rooms which was lovely. One of our party was a coeliac and the menu and staff gave food options which went down very well. The pool at the Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a good few hours there. "I liked everything about the property. It is close to the train station. It is within easy walking distance to the old part of town. It has incredible views of Falmouth bay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very, very nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant is beautiful. The building has a lot of history. And, I had a visiting seagull hanging out on the ledge outside my window. Most cool!! I highly recommend this hotel."
