"The property was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but worked well for what we needed. The front office hours are very limited but they do say they will accommodate late check-ins as long as you make arrangements in advance."

"Wonderful property in a nice location. The staff is very warm, helpful and friendly. Loved the bikes and beach chairs! First time in Kennebunk or Kennebunkport and we enjoyed exploring more than the beaches. For our room rate, the room could have been better maintained - some carpet stains and grout needed replacing in the tub."

"Family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and we were well taken care of when we needed something. The young gentleman that works there really invested in making sure all runs smoothly and helpful. Very calm and quiet place. Easy check in and out. Would recommend bringing your own pillows. Need your car to travel to beach or restaurants in main hot spots."
