With exception of construction (out of their control) my husband and I were delighted to spend our 7th anniversary with Bayshore Resort. EVERYTHING was awesome! We we’re looking for relaxation… and our stay exceeded that.. The facility was clean, staff so polite, accommodating and professional. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We were there when there was construction on the street at the entrance. At first we were disappointed but it wasn’t really a problem. Very nice resort.

The hotel staff was above and beyond! Made our stay fabulous!! Gave us great tips for sight seeing in the area , great upgrade to our room, and the pool was clean and the breakfast buffet was top notch!! She even and went and got an omlette for me on a plate when they were out when the breakfast time was almost over ! I’m telling you I’ve stayed many places over the years of traveling and this level of service and hospitality is rare! Please keep up the good work! I’ll be back!!

This property was delightful! Rooms were clean and ours had a sink in room and one in bathroom which made getting ready with two woman super convenient. Breakfast was perfect and the property beach patio made for a beautiful sunset experience. Definitely staying here again when we return to TC.

The staff at Bayshore Resort is fantastic. They go above and beyond and know the area so well and provide great info to their guests. They team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and shuttled us to all the fantastic spots around the area. They are much appreciated. Grand Traverse Bay is amazing. The views from the hotel are just amazing. The lake can lull you to sleep and wake you up to serene birds. This location is highly recommended. The road work should be done soon and will make going to the action so much easier. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

I loved everything about this hotel! Private beach, cleanliness, staff that actually care about the job they do! Highly recommend! The construction is an inconvenience but it did not change my mind about how great this place is!

Unfortunately with the road construction on Front Street and the building construction right next door to our room/ balcony, I couldn’t give it a five star. I did some floor exercises in our room and did notice a lot of dust on the chair legs - I have to remember to dust the chair leg-bars on my own chairs at home! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them!
