"We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent."

"Old school charm, polite and very helpful staff and hotel is extremely conveniently located if one is taking the boat to or from Phnom Penh."

"Excellent"

"Good breakfast. Close to Sam mountain but far away from good restaurants"

"Excellent place to stay in Chau doc. Very clean and comfortable. And the staff (especially Li) were so helpful with figuring out my travel plans. Thank you! 🙏 "
