The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"The entire Roykan was very clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and we had the best time getting to know them and their families. They all were extremely kind and we were most thankful for their friendship."

"It was hard to appreciate the full experience as the staff did not have an English translation for key protocol or amenities (I realise it is noted when booking that staff don’t speak English ) But to move forward and guests to experience the full Onsen experience this would be an enhancement The room was spacious but suffered from condensation and could do with some more up to date Electrical points "
