"The carpets were so gross. And sticky. Don't walk around without shoes. The elevator what was listed in wheelchair accessible things did not exist. So neither is wheelchair accessible gym. And the first floor restroom was out of order. It was a smoke free hotel but the hallways and stairwells smelled of it. People would prop the side doors open and stand in the doorways to smoke. There was an arbor company residing there so the entire parking lot was full of their big trucks and trailers making it hard to park. We had to park next door and walk over. We were there for a Special Olympics event so I was sadden that they were less than accommodating in accessibility to a lot of our athletes "

"The staff were all very helpful, and kind. We were there for the Special Olympics Summer games, and they were so patient and kind. Our room was clean, and in good condition. The breakfast had good options, and was well stocked. Plenty of parking."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff, the room had wrappers on the nightstand, the bathroom floor was dirty, the headboard was very dusty, there was a cup with water inside the microwave,the outside windows were unlocked which is a security hazard. Breakfast was very limited, with only waffles, cereal, toast coffee and juice, only 3 tables and six chairs. There was an event in the area and the hotel was full, many guests left without eating breakfast, due to the long line at the waffle maker. Parking was ok well lighted and felt safe. My son and I woke up with bites in our body."

"Hotel was a little disappointing. Rooms felt cold and uninviting and you could tell that there was routine maintenance that had been neglected. Countertops in the bathroom were stained and the light fixture was rusted and dirty. Bed was HARD and my husband and I barely slept either of the two nights we stayed. Staff called our room at 11pm and accused us of banging on the walls when we had both been quietly laying in bed for the last 2 hours, TRYING to fall asleep. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. You could tell everything had just been reheated and nothing was fresh. Would I stay here again? No. For the same price, I'd rather go somewhere else."

"My wife fell in front of the reception because someone had dropped chocolate - staff didn’t clean up what’ was in front of them till someone got hurt, minimal empathy to help , follow up . "

"All was nice the only thing was that online it said business facilities but when we arrived that was taken up by a sundry shop. However, the front desk clerk was nice enough to print my documents for our meeting."
