"Everything was great except for the room was cold and the heater was not working. "

"This stay was very disappointing. The room was lacking in amenities. There was one stained towel and two coffee pods for two people for two nights. The bathroom was in very rough shape. There was quite the dust bunny collection as well as some trash under the bed. The door had broad daylight coming in all around it which made for a very cold experience considering the weather was down in the single digits. The thermostat on the heater must have been faulty because it would not shut off when it reached the set temperature, so I had to keep getting up throughout the night to turn the thing off and on. I arrived at 6:30pm on Friday, and no one was available in the office. I didn't actually see any staff the whole weekend except for a cleaner who had her little daughter running around the place. "
