"Consider staying elsewhere! The first room was in very poor condition with a mouldy smell. Bathroom, furnishings & carpet dirty. 2nd room no better. Manager offered us our money back to find ourselves another hotel but we took 3rd room although this was only slightly better as no other rooms apparently available. After complaining, we were told hotel undergoing refurbishment. Reception staff not helpful. Prosecco offered but not delivered to room so had to request this the next day. Photographs were taken to prove condition of room. There were large Rentokil vermin trap boxes in breakfast restaurant seating area. On our last morning toilet would not flush and water filled to the top of the bowl. Breakfast selection was good. We had stayed before and were happy to return but this stay was not acceptable. After email complaint the offer of a room upgrade on a returning stay would certainly not encourage us to return nor recommend this hotel to any others to stay at this hotel. It has a great location but our standard room fell far short of being anywhere near acceptable standard. Extremely disappointing!"

"Staff was VERY helpful with a medical issue my wife suffered upon arrival into Heathrow, which became an urgent care issue. Sameera was very attentive, sharing her cell phone for calls to medical facilities and care givers and arranging transportation. With her guidance and support, she made this (our very first) trip into London much less stressful than it could have been. Regarding the hotel, the room was very nice, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was excellent!"

"Good location, bed very comfortable, decent size room and great shower. The room was a good size but the room could do with a refurb. We’ve stayed in one of the senior classrooms before and this is just a bigger version with the same amenities. Several sockets don’t work and some areas are a bit shabby. Service this time around was minimal. We were told to go up in the lift to the 3rd floor but the lift only goes to floor 2. We then had to wander a bit to find how to get to 3. Shame also about the big beam that cuts across the front door to the room, which obviously isn’t shown on the room description, photos, or mentioned by staff. Definitely would not describe this as a suite. We wouldn’t stay again as we would never pay full price here. Only booked here as had accrued over £100 in Expedia points. Save your money and book a premier Inn."
