"AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"Room is a bit confusing and outdated. You need to flip the breaker to use anything upon arrival. I kept turning all the lights switches with no results until i figured out the breaker switch. Also, they have a good selection for breakfast but the scrambled eggs are only half cooked. Not sure if thats a london thing or just bad luck on my part. Overall, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus the view from your room is awesome!"

"They upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful. We wanted a kitchen and got a full one that even included a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was like a modern one-bedroom apartment just across from the Tower of London. Our only complaint was the bed was hard."

"Nice hotel and spacious room but we booked a double room thinking it was two beds and it’s one double bed and one pullout sofa. The pullout sofa mattress was too thin and uncomfortable."

"A great hotel let down somewhat by the limited options on the dinner menu with many of the items out of stock on both evenings I chose to eat in the hotel. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay"
