"Overall a pleasant enough hotel to stay (3 nights). However we were disppointed in the room facilities provided in that - Nespresso coffee machine with 2 pods - BUT NO MILK or CREAMER. Four flimsy cardboard cups provided for both bathroom and room use. In my opinion these are unsafe - they provide no protection against hot fluids (we made our own tea- 100C water) and the hotel should consider as a minimum mugs (as in almost every hotel I've stayed in - and also plastic tumblers for the...

"A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."

"Très bel hôtel, situé dans un joli parc arboré. L’hôtel partage le site avec une résidence seniors, mais honnêtement ce n’est absolument pas dérangeant. Les chambres sont sympas, confortables et propres. Le spa est également très agréable, avec un espace suffisamment grand pour vraiment en profiter. Le seul point négatif concerne le personnel, que nous n’avons malheureusement pas trouvé très aimable ni très accueillant. C’est dommage, car pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon séjour."
