"Their online pictures of the property looks great but once you get there it’s a different story. The inside of the hotel once inside looks clean enough but once you start looking around everything is grimy. The carpet in the bedroom floors felt gross there was dust everywhere and there were hairs around the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable our backs hurt every night and the pillows were basically flat as paper. We didn’t get a fitted sheet just a top sheet so every time we woke up the middle of the night we could feel the bed all wrinkled underneath us. The “upgraded room” is not worth paying for the kitchen, because you barely get a fridge and forget about a freezer. Hey, for near 1,000 you get to be woken up every morning at 6 am because of all the alarms. The alarm in the room next to us would go off every morning without it being turned off. And you get to hear all your neighbors because the walls are paper thin! Yay! The only nice thing was it’s so close to the beach and all the shops. We ended up leaving a day early from our anniversary trip beach we were so uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was nice but, the management was completely unhelpful and yet to respond to any of our complaints. Literally stay anywhere else nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Pacific Terrace, Inn, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was extremely clean and well appointed, the location was perfect for our morning and evening walks, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby to eat at"

"Our suite was very nice. The beds were so comfortable, We were a party of 3 older women are are used to a coffee pot and microwave in our room. Coffee was available in the lobby. A communal microwave was locates on each floor. Our suite had 2 rooms, a total of 3 beds, and only one bathroom. Very different than our norm. The stay was very nice. The staff was excellent."

Special thanks to Jonathan and Pat for their professionalism and great customer service. We had a small request, and they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very clean, the towels were fresh and spotless, and you can tell the property is maintained with care. Honestly, we did not expect the hotel to be this clean and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area."

"This was a quick recharge trip. Room was great location for ease of walking to beach and fun cafes. Loved the perk to rent bike cruisers and ride on the boardwalk. We would have used the paddle boards but ran out of time. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Loved the refillable toiletries and modern toilet. We will be back! Loved it!"

"Walls are very thin. As a “resort” we did not expect to be disturbed by noises outside of our room or to be woken up by the sound of lawn mower."
