"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in.
Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready.
Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"Sauna and steam room etc not included in the room price and needs to be booked separately. Arcade room for kids - you need to buy a separate card and pay credits into it to play the games.
Indoor pool free to use and was great. Shuttle bus to Disneyland worked great but first bus was packed. Also check the timetable - there is breaks during the day.
First day we drove to Disney from another destination, had I checked the shuttle bus timings we would have parked at the hotel and taken the...

"Lovely hotel, shuttle runs to Disney land every hour in the morning. 4 euros per person.
Breakfast area is small only had to wait one day.
Staff seem nice. Cleaners came everyday to make beds. "

"Het park is er mooi, helaas was ons appartement wat verwaarloosd. De plinten zaten los, de kastjes hingen scheef en vielen bijna uit de keuken. Ook miste onze badstop. Hiervoor hebben we gebeld en kwamen ze een uurtje later er een brengen."
