"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "

"From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further.
