On first sight, the room looked of 5 star quality, with good amenities in the room, bathroom and storage area. However, the carpet is in very serious need of a good deep clean and was rather unsavoury to both look at and walk on.

It would have been good to have a clean teatowel part way through, a dish drainer and a scrubber for tea stains on the mugs etc. One of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom was very hard to open and close.
