"Todo estuvo super bueno.
Lo unico malo que tiene el hotel es que la piscina bajo techo no tiene calentador y segun sus empleados hace mas de 6 meses no funciona. Creo que es un falta de respeto a los clientes."

"⭐ 1 Star – my room had ANTS on the very first day We were then asked to leave the room for two hour
witnessed a MASSIVE RAT running through the buffet area! Absolutely horrifying and completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star.
The hotel is in a lovely location, but unfortunately, that is the ONLY positive thing I can say about it. This hotel is advertised as 4-star, but in my opinion, it barely deserves 1 star!
I booked three rooms for a 10-day all-inclusive...

"Nice view from balcony.
Beach is across the street. Ocean water and sunny outdoor temperature still very good for all bathers. Sand is just right.
Breakfast was included and appreciated but get there earlier than 10 am. They run out of food and staff too. :D
Elevators are outdated, busy and tight - used the stairs too often.
Metro La Colina a good walking distance but knew little about it prior to travelling - should be noted as an amenity. Otherwise you’ll walk from Torremolinos metro- much too...

"Entertainment team friendly enough but did not see any activities during day. This was previously done by the pool and holiday makers encouraged to participate in previous years. Food choice not as good as previous years either. Good hotel close to marina."

"The hotel is ok. The spa is nice but there is no steam room only a sauna. The hot tub is used by the kids as well which is not great. Staff helpful and very kind. Food is not great. Buffet is boring and the taste is not always ok. Location is very good."
