The Torre Latinoamericana was once the tallest building of all of Latin America. Now, it's just a tall building... There is an observation deck at the top which you can visit for a fee. If you happen to be in Mexico City on a clear day, the view is incredible. It's a great place to snap photos of the Palacio de Bellas Artes from above!
