"The room was excellent for all four of us. It was our first trip to Cornwall with our son and 6 year old granddaughter. Our hosts Fiona and James made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed the full English breakfasts.
The location was wonderful with open fields at the rear of the property and on occasion spotting a cow or two. It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend it to fellow holiday travelers."

"Lovely little gem with comfortable rooms and a fantastic shower.
It was a little bit noisy having the window facing the garden Pub but it closed at a reasonable hour!"

"It's location must be it's selling point. Lovely seaviews & sunset watching point.
Great to hear the waves from our room.
Burger meal in restaurant and breakfast roll good.
Easy, available car parking on site.
Pleasant staff.
Definitely not a 4*, more like a nice 3*.
Such a shame re the tatty paintwork from room doorways and corridors to include outside. Looks a bit tired in places generally.
Tiny room, tiny shower.
Mattress, work boots, empty cardboard box all left in the corridor outside...
