"It’s nice because it is in downtown, however when reading that they had parking considering that I was residing at the hotel I expected parking to be free but was charged $40 a day. I would appreciate if they were not stingy, but also honest about that prior to people booking. Staff was very nice though"

"This is a hidden gem! Amazing location and excellent apartment layout. Really appreciated the 2 king rooms and common living space. Even did a load of laundry! This is an ideal place for long stays, work trips and families. Keyless entry but friendly staff onsite to help when needed. There is also luggage storage."

"The description of the rooms were misleading. Our room did not have a refrigerator to start. Obtaining linen and towels seems to be a difficult task. All of our chargers were overheating immediately so that tells me something is wrong with the electrical. Our room did not actually lock, the door could have been easily pulled open if needed. I’ve never felt more dirty after leaving an establishment. There was a drain randomly in the middle of the bathroom floor where the cover kept coming off and me and my boyfriend almost sliced our feet a few times on it. There was mould in the washroom and an awful smell of must and bleach in the whole building. Would not recommend. Not to mention two people don’t have room to stand up in the room at the same time.."

"Everything was great! Room clean, everything was functional! Bright floor to ceiling windows, decent water pressure, attentive staff! I needed another blanket and they brought it right away."
