2nd floor smelt like weed. Garbage sat outside 2 rooms the entire time we stayed. Floor was peeling up with many scratches. Walls were dirty with liquid splatter as well as the blind. Sheets very wrinkled like someone already slept in them. For a suite, absolutely no dishes or utensils in the room.

I told the staffs the heater in my room wasn’t working. They barely dealt with my request. I asked a few times. All of them didn’t care. So at night. It was freezing in my room. Not gonna stay back to this hotel.

Worst Experience, no exhaust in Washroom. Room Phone was not working. Room was so small and congested, was not even properly cleaned. Total waste of money, won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The furnace didn't work even asking about it, the front desk attendant was not there when we got there and later when we were wanting to let them know about the furnace and the shower water wasn't hot. What we loved was the minor fee of $40 for the late check out.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this location, on the pictures It looked very nice and cozy but once I got there I realized it was very misrepresented. The sheets had stains on them. The pillowcases were dirty, The couch was very unclean. There was a reek of marijuana through the hallway and to top it off after my uncomfortable sleep of not knowing if the bedding has been cleaned, I woke up to no hot water in the shower

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly. I checked in and went up to the apartment. The apartment had two queen beds, a sofa bed, a TV, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen. The apartment was clean, but there were no cooking utensils, only one towel, and the room smelled of marijuana. Parking was a nightmare, and at night there was a lot of noise that made it impossible to rest.

I'm not at all impressed with my latest start at this hotel. I arrived at 3 pm and paid for my room and only after paying was i informed that there was no water, due to a water line break. Ok, annoying, but not the end of the world as long as they're working on it. I get to the room, and it's cold, so i turn up the thermostat. At 7 pm, i call to ask about the water and if they have an estimated time for it, they don't. I ask to be called when it's fixed, because I'm a trucker, the whole purpose of my visit is the have a comfortable room with a good shower, I've been up since early morning and I'm tired. I want to wash and go to bed already. Anyway, at 9:30 pm i call back and they tell me it's been fixed for an hour! I, again, annoying... i tell them there still isn't great in the room and they say they'll send someone up right away... i wait until 10 pm, and no one has shown up yet so i call back and only after having to get upset does someone finally show up to fix the heat. During my time in the hotel, i find dried urine stains under the toilet seat, gross! The next morning i talk to the front desk clerk and when i express my dissatisfaction with the hotel they merely shrug and tell me to discuss it with the online booking... so disappointed with the level of service here

The room was lovely until the fire alarm went off at 4:45am, then we lost heat. The staff were fine, we know they had their hands full with things out of their control. They handled their crisis as best as they could.

Very clean. Amazingly comfortable beds! Staff was very friendly and allowed for late check out as was a one night stay due to cancelled flights. Was very much appreciated!

great room for the price, i had a full kitchen, tv and couch. complimentary shower stuff in the bathroom. my only issue was the heat. it’s winter so it’s freezing, and the heat was hard to operate and took a long time to work.
