A few patched up holes in the wall that weren’t quite done. Place smelled of perfume. It was basic, good enough for a few nights’ stay. Great convenient location.

Convenient location and on the PATH. The place needs a bunch of TLC. Lamps need lightbulbs to work. The sofa is awful as the springs are gone. If you plan on spending time in the condo, I wouldn't stay here again. If you are a bunch of guys coming in for a game/weekend, it is fine.

The property itself was cool but the fact that we had to purchase our own face towels because we could not contact any staff to assist us was very disappointing. Other than that the stay was cool and we were in the middle of downtown where everything we wanted to do was located.

There is no parking. the washroom sink in Room 4806 is not working.when I reached out to the property contact through WhatsApp there was no substantial support provided so the sink remained in the same condition throughout the stay Wifi information was not presented.

I enjoyed my stay. Some issues with tv on first night, no cable. Moved at 8 pm to unit with cable. Next day technician had to reconnect tv to internet. I’m a senior and found the shower a bit unsafe since no tails in tub & no grips on floor. Otherwise a good unit. Would book again but would want to ensure cable tv is working.

The promptness of hows and what to dos could have been better. Would have been better to explain stuff during initial process. I missed a few messages because yhey csme at times i didnt expect them to message. But overall good place. Close to where i needed to go. Cool underground path that leads to mall and restaurants as well as grocery store. Cool place

Since this is a condo that is rented by the day the staff at the lobby gives 3 cents about greeting Nd welcoming any guest that comes in. Kitchen did not have a blender which was very disappointing after buying strawberries intended for smoothies. I rather book a real hotel next time.bathroom door had a whole fixed and repaired shower with a plaster of clay. For the level of condo and about paid it was disappointing

The department didn’t have curtains, and the ones it had were broken, so everything could be seen from the outside, zero privacy. The sheets were dirty; they only made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. I told the company, but they said they couldn’t do anything, so I had to wash them myself to be able to sleep safely. This has really been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Nice view, but 48th floor 2 broken elevators took 20-30 each trip up or down due to waiting, damage to wall in unit, no face cloths. At that price, why do we need to take out the trash? Check/in took 45 minutes. No one at meet up location. Blamed it on a busy day. Could have checked in earlier but they would charge an extra $40. Instead I lost 45 minutes cause they were not ready. At one point due to delays I thought I was being scammed.

i was not given what i reserved and paid for, noone cared and noone corrected. noone is responding as i request compensation. they even tried to move me buildings onto young street when i clearly booked york street. i spend 3 hours on the phone stressed out and with no great outcome. i booked 1 queen and 2 twins and i ended up with 1 queen ONLY. it was mayhem and wil never deal them again.. I need to be compensated

I can’t think of enough bad to say. We attempted to check in, the buzzer code didn’t work. Then when we arrived there was someone in the room. I called and the guy on the phone kept asking me to go back up and knock on the door sand had them the phone! You can’t be serious! It was a young Asian lady who didn’t appear to speak English and I was NOT going to bother her again. Then they had us walk another ten blocks to a different facility. Once there we were interrupted by maintenance to check the room for 15 minutes. No hand towels, no face cloths. I received a message at 2am asking if we got in ok. (We checked in at four) Room was nice. No compensation offered. Can not say enough bad about this and it’s staff.

Possibly the worst accommodations of my entire life. Only needed a place to stay for the night between a flight and a train ride but the whole thing turned into a complete disaster. We arrived at 8pm, when check in is supposed to be ready for 3pm, and are told that the room isn't clean yet and we have to wait for 2 hours before we can go up. By the way, the person telling us this is just a random man outside the building in a baseball cap and a backpack, not even a front desk staff person. He offered to watch our luggage for us, but who the hell even is that guy? Why would we trust him with our bags? Absolutely not. We wait the 2 hours and are supposedly given an upgraded room for our troubles. It was Water Damaged to the point that the floor was a hazard to walk on, both my husband and I stubbed our toes and tripped multiple times in the night. There were two bathrooms and only one of them had a working tub- turning the handle did nothing and it looked like it might fall off at the slightest breeze. The floor in the working bathroom was disgustingly dirty and water stained- it was clean the toilet had overflowed and noone had done anything about it because that's were the hall floor damage was, as well as a missing chunk of drywall at the bottom of the wall dividing the bathroom from the hall. Will never stay again and highly encourage others to do the same. It's not worth the headache.
