I was especially touched when I twisted my ankle and was worried about missing my connecting flight because I needed to contact the airline to arrange wheelchair assistance. I felt quite helpless at that moment. The front desk staff member, Adrian, showed incredible patience and kindness. He searched across different websites to find the correct contact number and spent a great deal of time helping me resolve the issue. I was deeply moved by his support. The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "
