"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and felt it offered good value for money. Both the view and the staff are its biggest asset. Staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We arrived late after the nearby Migros had closed, and although the chef had finished for the day, he kindly prepared us some snacks. It was such a thoughtful welcome after a long journey. We also asked to change rooms as we were hoping for a larger balcony and a better view, and the receptionist happily arranged...

One of our party was blind,so we needed a hotel that included breakfast, so were very anointed when we went down on the first morning to be told that the hotel stopped inclusive breakfast in September, despite its website still stating that breakfast was included.
