The surrounding area seemed nice but cars alarms were going off all night and police were in the parking lot. I was also given a room but my key would not work and the manager let me in and said if I left the room I would have to have the front desk person let me back in

There was only one staff member on duty. Every was clean ,but the tub. No house keeping staff was on duty. Cleaned the tub ourselfs. The staff member could not leave the front desk. Management needs at least two people on call at night. Very understaffed.

Overall, the hotel was great, Ron was a great size, bed was comfortable. Front desk told us they'd not long replaced the beds.....i don't think they replaced the pillows though. They weren't the greatest, definitely not Holiday Inn standard. Other than that our experience was good.

The hotel was fine for a short stay. The carpet on the fourth floor has a bad odor. The lamps in the room were very dusty. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. We thought we were getting a room with a pull out couch, but it turned out to just be a handicap accessible room that had a large chair. Luckily they were able to give us some sheets for it and my son is small enough to sleep on it. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nicely done. The rooms themselves are just a little dingy.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds & accessible restroom. Got neither of those. Shared the king size bed. Had to go to the lobby restroom to get accessible features. Very frustrating!

Nice size, old furniture
I made reservations online and noted a request 2 places/times. Arrived and was told no way could they accommodate my request, and IF I had called instead of making reservations online, they could’ve made it happen. I persisted on how I had done everything right about the request and desk clerk agreed. After 5 min or so, he had made my request possible. EZ. Could’ve done it at first instead of hem-hawing around. Rooms are nice size, esp suite, BUT furniture is reeeally old and beat up in both rooms we were in.

Vacation stay.
The stay was good, we were there 4 days and on the 3rd day I ask for cleaning to refresh our towels and empty trash, the desk person advised she would have cleaning crew to do it. When we arrived back that night, I had to go back down and request the towels and emptied my own trash. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Curtains don’t shut
Clean but outdated. You can tell that this place hasn’t been updated in about 20 years. Luckily, everything is very neat and clean. Our room was cozy, but our biggest complaint is that the curtains don’t close all the way. Usually hotels have blackout curtains. This hotel purposefully only provides a light white curtain. When sunrise comes, you are awakened by direct sunlight. Great if you are an early riser but not so great if you wanted to sleep in. Breakfast was nice, offered eggs biscuits and gravy as well as waffles.

The property was fine for our one-night stay, though it is need of an update. The bathrooms didn’t feel truly clean. Our biggest concern was that one of the breakfast employees quickly (and without my permission) took a picture of our son with his personal cell phone. In our current culture, I can’t believe someone would actually attempt this. If a property manager reads this, I’d love to be contacted.
