La habitación está descuidada con grietas, nada equipadas, como está al pie de carretera los ruidos no dejan dormir El personal de la recepción muy mala actitud, sobrevenden, no están capacitados para administrar un hotel.

PESIMO Restaurante

Todo bien, excepto el restaurante PESIMO, no tenían pasta de ningún tipo ya tienen una carta limitada y aparte no tienen todo y el mesero se molestó porque no quisimos pedir de lo que si tenían, mejor pásen la administración del restaurante a alguien que sepa, solo dediquense al hotel

Pedi esa habitación sólo por la tina dentro del cuarto, sin embargo, salía tan poca agua que se tardo en promedio 4 horas y 20 minutos en que pudieramos usarla, sólo por que no teniamos tanta prisa, y el hidromasaje de plano no funciono, mande mensaje al personal por whatsaap (por que no tienen telefono) y me contestaron hasta el día siguiente. En general esta bien el hotel pero no cumplio para mi lo que requeria, también tiene la inconveniencia del Estacionamieto, medio lejos para subir y bajar de donde te tienes que quedar estacionado. La vista buena y la limpieza bien. El menú del resturante también me parecio muy pequeño.

Todo estuvo perfecto excepto la parte del restaurante, únicamente había una mesera y ella estaba atendiendo a todas las personas, el servicio de ella fue excelente pero al ser la única si estaba saturada en trabajo
